Thank you for expressing an interest in being a part of the Praise Team here at The Fellowship at Cinco Ranch!
We are excited about getting to know you, your talents, and your heart for worship. While there are many great singers and players, we are interested in people who seek to increase the praise of God the Father, Jesus the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. The Fellowship at Cinco Ranch’s Praise Teams exist to make great, the name of the LORD, through the worship and praise of our music.

Audition?
Yes. Don’t think American Idol, here, we are a grace-filled community. But, we are looking for people with a skill and a talent, as excellence is highly valued.
What to Expect at Your Audition
We will have a time to just visit at first. We really want to get to know your background with music, and experience. We are also available to answer any questions you might have about the Praise Team.
Vocalists: Sing a song of your choice, acapella (without music). Sing harmony with a group of vocalists on another song.*
Bass: Play a groove at 120 bpm with click. Play a song with band* Demonstrate proficiency with instrument.
Drums: Play a groove at 120bpm with click. Play a song with band* Demonstrate proficiency with instrument.
Electric Guitar: Bring own gear. Play song of your choice, or riff of your choice. Play a song with band* Demonstrate proficiency with instrument.
Acoustic Guitar: Bring own gear. Play song of your choice, or riff of your choice. Play a song with band* Demonstrate proficiency with instrument.
Keys: Bring own gear. Play song of your choice. Play a song with band* Demonstrate proficiency with instrument.
*for the song to sing/play with us, we will make an mp3 available to practice with, in advance of the audition date.
Praise Team Expectations
If accepted onto The Fellowship at Cinco Ranch’s Praise Team, you will be challenged and expected
- To give your very best
- To honor each other’s time by being on time
- To prepare for your part on your own before rehearsal
- Attend required rehearsals
- Be available all three services on Sundays when you are scheduled on the team
