"The Financial Ministry is responsible for the stewardship of church financial resources, ensuring The Fellowship’s financial integrity is always beyond reproach.

Throughout Scripture, we are reminded of the importance of giving back a portion of what God has so generously provided. His Word tells us that giving is an act of worship that should be done with a spirit of thanksgiving. Thousands of years later, our consumer-driven culture tells us that acquiring “things” is of paramount importance. But the truth of God’s Word hasn’t changed — He still calls us to give to others and to the work of His church.

Technology has given us new ways of giving, and many of you have expressed an interest in online giving. We are now able to offer you this tool as well as others to assist in your giving. Personnel Ministry consists of salaries and benefits for six full-time Pastors, including our Lead Pastor, two Teaching Pastors, Worship Pastor, Lead Student Pastor and Junior High Pastor. It also includes full and part-time salaries for our Children’s Ministry Director, Preschool Ministry Director, Assistant to the Lead Pastor, Assistant to Executive Pastor, Assistant to Lead Student Pastor, Children's Ministry Assistant, Assistants to our Teaching Pastors, Receptionists, Information Technology Director, Financial Accounts Manager, and Creative Arts Director.

Facility Ministry

This ministry covers the many costs associated with the fantastic buildings God has provided; including mortgage, building maintenance, utilities, custodial service, lawn care and insurance. 

Children’s Ministry

That’s what it’s all about ... to be able to impart God’s truth into their lives at exactly the place their world is at.  Your children are important and we’ll do our best to help discover the wonders of God’s love and grace.  “… sharing God’s love with children and seeing their lives transformed is what it’s all about.”

Leadership Ministry

This ministry is focused on leadership development of staff, Elders and key leaders within the church.

Men’s Ministry

Our vision is to help every man become a leader in his home, at work, in the community and in the church the way God made him to be.

Ladies Ministry

The Ladies Ministry wants to grow a vibrant ladies ministry that reaches out to give ladies personal time, and compassionate love by being available to assist in all areas of life,  developing a ministry that promotes transformation of its ladies into the image of Christ.

Prayer Ministry

We have seen the number of prayer requests double in the past year -- an affirmation that God continually releases His power to meet the needs of His people.

LIFE groups

This is where we experience biblical community.  We define biblical community as a place to “know and be known, love and be loved, serve and be served, celebrate and be celebrated.”   Our goal this year is to raise up 25 new LIFE group leaders who will launch 25 new missional outposts in each neighborhood, on each block.

Connections Ministry

We are all about helping people get connected at The Fellowship!  From the moment a person pulls into the parking lot they are on this team’s radar screen.

Student Ministry

Our mission ... is to see them become intimate with the Creator of the Universe … we are seeing our students take their mission seriously.” Our goal and desire is to see more and more students in the Katy area make  the tough choice to walk with God. Choosing to grow in their love for God and others, as they become contagious in their Christian witness.  Can you imagine our Student Ministry growing because of the commitment of our kids?

Fellowship Missions

Worship

Worship at The Fellowship is about giving God our lives represented by our Attention, our Affection, our Adoration, and our Allegiance.  Every week we come together to celebrate, to be encouraged and inspired in our journey as worshippers.

Evangelism & Outreach Ministries

All people matter to God and we have a vision of reaching over 1000 lives that are currently far from God.  “Top 5” is fast becoming part of our spiritual DNA here at The Fellowship.  We  are going to assist that effort by continuing to increase the visibility of The Fellowship in the community through three community mailings.
