Event-Related Childcare Information
Complimentary Childcare is provided for children whose parents are attending Newcomer Lunch, LIFE University classes and for other particular situations.
Arrival and Closing Times
Please be considerate of the scheduled times so the childcare workers can appropriately set up the rooms prior to children arriving and clean up before they leave. This is also for the safety of the children, so they can be cared for with full attention from the caregivers.
Sign In Sheets
Sign in sheets will be located at the classroom door. Please fill in your child’s first and last name, age, your cell phone number, and any allergy information. In case of emergency, you will be sent a text message. Don’t forget to set your phone on vibrate.
Food
Children need to be fed dinner before being dropped off. No outside food or drink is allowed inside the classroom. Light snacks will be provided. Infants should bring a bag that includes diapers, wipes, bottle with formula or anything special your baby may need.
Please make sure that all items brought to the classroom are labeled with your child’s name…such as diaper bags, pacifiers, bottles, sippy cups and jackets.
